In the spring of 2018, the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association launched Fundamentals of Hospitality Management. Topics are centered around management, communication, customer, service, and leadership, driving excellence in the field.
“It is significant that NHLRA is providing this opportunity for emerging leaders in the hospitality industry in New Hampshire. The class facilitates important reflection on one’s own leadership and establishes a framework for further development of managerial skills,” Whitney Brown, huts field supervisor, Appalachian Mountain Club.
Based on industry demand, we currently offer the following throughout the year- Fundamentals of Hospitality Management, Managing Human Resources in Hospitality, and Managing Operations in Hospitality.
