Mentorship
Empowering the
Next Generation of Hospitality Leaders
Why mentor?
Mentors can connect to their community and build their networks by getting to know their students’ educators and joining local advisory boards. As a mentor, you can provide students with a wide range of work experience, feedback on technique, offer guidance on educational and career pathways, provide tours and extended learning opportunities, and write letters of recommendation.
Being a mentor can be easy and flexible based on your schedule and level of commitment. By working with future industry leaders, mentors are helping to develop high-quality employees for the future of their own businesses and New Hampshire’s hospitality industry.
