Women in Leadership Event Series
Women in Hospitality & Tourism underwent a dynamic rebranding, transitioning from its traditional annual event format to a more focused and engaging experience known as Women in Leadership. This new structure was designed for aspiring and current leaders, and featured two half-day sessions each year—one in the fall and one in the spring—allowing for deeper exploration of specific, timely topics within the industry.

By concentrating on targeted themes, the series aimed to offer more tailored insights and actionable strategies, fostering a vibrant, year-round dialogue among professionals. This rebranding reflected a commitment to providing ongoing support and networking opportunities for women in the hospitality and tourism industry, ensuring a more impactful and sustained engagement with the issues that mattered most.
